This is the special bread people eat when they break the fast every day during Ramazan. I absolutely love it! It tastes soooooooooooooo good! I'm thrilled that it exists, but sad that you can only get it during Ramazan.
This is the fire where they cook it. Wow, it makes for a hot restaraunt though! This is also where I had terrible food. Upto this point I was a HUGE fan of Turkish food. But I had this bread and cheese and Sheep thing in Sheep oil; it was terrible! Apparently it is a Black Sea taste. I'm not a Black Sea taste fan. I'm over tasting the Black Sea.
